Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your treatment total. The remaining balance is payable on the day. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please give at least **24 hours’ notice** if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. With this notice, your deposit can be transferred to a different appointment, subject to availability. If you cancel without choosing a new date immediately, your deposit will remain as credit towards your next booking. Deposits are non-refundable for changes of mind, subject to your statutory rights and the fair cancellation terms below. Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice & Missed Appointments If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or miss your appointment, your deposit may be retained to cover the reasonable loss caused by the cancellation. Any amount retained will take account of costs saved and whether the appointment is filled. A new deposit may be required for future bookings. How to Make Changes Please cancel or reschedule through our booking system or contact the clinic directly. Notice is measured from your scheduled appointment start time. Changes Made by the Clinic If we need to cancel your appointment, you can choose to transfer your deposit to another date or receive a full refund. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
